Throwing a party during fall is so easy as there are so many cute and fun ideas.  Perhaps you are planning a party for a homeschool co-op, or for a neighborhood gathering, I think you will find many simple and easy ideas to make your gathering a big success!

Fall Party Games

1.  Gourd Bowling – the kids can help get the materials ready and enjoy the game.

2. Obstacle Course – use hay bales and corn stalks to mark out a short course to burn off some energy

I would have added Bobbing for Apples – but apparently it’s terribly unsanitary!

Here are some further game ideas

Fall Party Crafts

1.  Pumpkin Painting {or carving} – older kids might like to glue on sequins or use silver thumb tacks for a monogram – very fancy!

2. Felt Pumpkin Faces – this would take a bit of prep work, but what a cute idea.

3. Stamping an Apple Tree – this activity could go along with reading an apple book like How to Make an Apple Pie and See the World.

4. Craft Activities with Pumpkin Seeds – a couple of these ideas would be very easy to do with the younger crowd.

Fall Party Food – my favorite part of any party, the food!

1.  Autumn Snack Mix– there are a ton of varieties of this floating around Pinterest.  I’m sure they all taste great! {of course, be mindful of allergies if taking to a gathering}

2.  Pumpkin w/ Ranch Dip & Veggies – how cute and easy is that!

3.  Caramel Apples – snack sized version

4.  Ghosts & Pumpkins – AKA, bananas and clementines – use regular sized and mini chocolate chips for the ghost face
